Order Management
With jpiano® MES it is possible to define a new order or import it from external applications. With simple and fast operations it is possible to schedule the various phases of the order and automatically generate the activity plan for the team, workstation or individual workers. The information on the progress of the orders is always available and updated in real time, making it easy to monitor current or completed activities.
Activity Planning
An intelligent planning system allows you to create automatic planning that takes into account the expected dates for receiving the material and the constraints related to transport plans. Jpiano monitors in real time the need and availability of materials and automatically generates suggestions for purchase orders, production and tool shop. The software automatically manages the workers’ activities based on the required skills and workloads.
Quality Controls
It is possible to set up control plans for acceptance, at the various department workstations or in a laboratory internal or external to the plant, even taking into account the sampling policies defined by the customer. The system manages the issuance and printing of order compliance certificates and allows you to manage any non-conformities.
Material and Process Traceability
Jpiano records incoming materials with the assignment of a LU (Loading Unit) identification code. It is possible to obtain complete traceability of the processing and tracking of orders and materials starting from a specific incoming batch. Furthermore, starting from a batch of finished product, it is possible to trace back to the batches of raw materials used and the information relating to the production process. The software integrates perfectly with identification systems such as barcodes, qr codes, RFID tags, NFC tags, magnetic badges, beacons and IoT devices.
Logistics and Shipments
It is possible to support the packaging and packing phase by providing the operator with all the information he needs, including materials, packaging instructions, marking, packing arrangements and palletizing maps.
If necessary, it is possible to schedule and manage picking, loading and transport activities, even with multiple deliveries, automatically generating transport and collection orders for the carrier.
